How To Leave A Google Online Review
eileen 8th July 2010
Reviews are an amazing way to boost your rankings, relevance and results.
I suggest you ask your clients to leave a review of your business. By using the steps in this example I will show you how to leave a review for FlourGirlsBakingCo.com on Google:
- The person writing the review will need a gmail address, if you don’t have a gmail you may either create one (you will be prompted after you write the review) or consult this video to show you how to use your existing email to create a Google account.
- Next, Google Flour Girls Baking Co.
- You should see something that looks like this:
- Click on Review
- You should see something that looks like this:
- Click on Write a Review
- Business owners, remember not all reviews will be five star, it isn’t always about the review, but how you handle it.
My friend Don Campbell has a great video “Small Business Online Reviews Q&A with Don Campbell” which explores this topic further.
I would love to hear how online reviews are working for your business!
