I frequently coach clients on How to Use WordPress.  Often, what seems simple during our Skype lesson while we are sharing screens, is a bit more complicated when I am not watching over their shoulder.  To solve this, I use Jing, a free video screen capture tool, to give them a video demonstration.  Jing records what I am doing on the screen and my voice so I can explain the steps as well as show them. Once I capture the video I click on the little eyeball icon, the video is uploaded to screencast, I can copy the url and send it to a client.
