Time Management Tools
Written by: Eileen Lonergan
Gosh, I have been super busy, which I am extremely grateful for, yet falling behind on a few things. I have some fun stuff to share, which I will get out soon, but I wanted to pass along two tools that I use to help me keep track of projects and time. Granted I don’t look as good juggling as your man to the left, but aren’t we all a work in progress?
- Trello, for Project Management: I can manage clients To Do Lists, which pitches I have sent, who needs to be invoiced, etc. The cool thing about this is that it can be collaborative, so if I am working with others (like my buddies at Expand2Web) we can see who is doing what and actually share documents back and forth.
- Toggl for tracking time: This is really helpful if you are a freelancer and you spend little clumps of time here and there. When you are ready to send invoices you have a list of what you worked on.
What are your favorite tools for keeping it all straight? I would appreciate knowing!
